AustraliaThe service from Aussie Traveller was excellent for my purchase and the overall quality of the awning is very good. If only they can re-design this part as. I previously had a caravan with a different brand and in over 80 weeks of travel never had their design clip fail. I must stress that the other brand had far inferior material quality on the awning. I would buy Aussie traveler again.
