Aussie Traveller offers professional fitment services, so you don’t have to install anything yourself. Our experienced team can install our products at any of the fitment centres below, or travel to your location with mobile installers operating across Australia.

Our pricing is designed to be competitive while reflecting the high-quality service and products you'll receive from us.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Fitment bookings are required for all sites and mobile services. Please call 1300 783 776 to arrange a booking time.
- ‘On-site fitment’ is undertaken at any Xtend Outdoors, Aussie Traveller or Wilfords fitment centre location within Australia.
- Installation at customer location (mobile fitment) includes one visit within our service areas, as per map on website.
- Installation at a customers location outside of our service areas will incur a $149.99 charge for every additional hour of travel.
- Annexe Measure & Install service includes installation of Sail Track, Press Studs, AFK & CRR Brackets. Single visit only. Annexe is not installed at time of visit.
- Quoted hours required is an estimation only, these times may fluctuate between different van/model types.
- For any fitment that requires a sealant or fixing compound, the vehicle must remain on site for a minimum of 24 hours before collection. This applies to installations such as replacement doors and cassette awnings where sealants such as Sikaflex has been used. While the sealant may become firm within approximately one hour, it requires up to 24 hours to fully cure to ensure a secure, long-lasting fit.
- All prices listed include GST.
- All pricing is for fitment only and does not include product costs. It includes consumables to complete work unless otherwise stated.
- For Awnings, Annexes, Vinyl Replacements a $400 deposit will be required for all sites where a fitment needs to occur, in order to confirm commitment from the customer. The deposit will be taken off the customers final invoice amount.
- For all other service work a 20% deposit off total invoice is to be taken for retail phone order E.g. Bed Fly's, Tropical Roof, AFK install.
- All prices subject to change without notice and will be confirmed in writing at the time of quotation and booking.
Mobile Fitment
Our mobile team brings the expertise directly to you, removing the need to transport your caravan. From initial measurements through to final fitment, our experienced installers take care of everything to ensure the highest standard of installation. Annexe Measure & Installation
Aussie Traveller proudly supplies the high-quality, custom-made annexes manufactured by Xtend Outdoors. Once you’ve placed a deposit on your annexe, our mobile fitment team will visit you to take measurements, install all required fittings to your caravan, and provide a setup demonstration - all in the one visit.
All annexes are manufactured at their Queensland production facility and delivered directly to you, ready for your next adventure. Need a refresher on setting up your annexe? This video guide will take you through each step, or you can contact our friendly team for extra support.
Prefer to do it yourself? Xtend Outdoors can provide DIY Measure Kits which include detailed measuring sheets, colour samples, brochures, and a step-by-step measure video. Once you submit your measurements and annexe is made, it’s shipped directly to you with all the components for installation.
