Mangopare Mat 1.8m x 2.7m - Red/Black/White
The Mangopare recycled mat is a celebration of Māori culture and community. Designed by New Zealand artist Turumakina Duley, it features a modern interpretation of the traditional Mangopare symbol, representing strength, courage, friendship and connection. This design is Duley's interpretation of an ancient symbol, variously interpreted as a lovers’ embrace, and a symbol of everlasting friendship, often seen in greenstone and tribal carvings.
Like all mats by Recycled Mats, it is naturally waterproof, mould resistant and quick drying, making it ideal for damp ground and outdoor use. Lightweight and easy to clean, simply sweep away dirt or hose it down when needed. Each mat also comes with a recycled, reusable carry bag for easy transport and storage.
This mat is perfect for market stalls, gazebos, picnics or everyday outdoor living. Large enough to seat several people, yet compact enough to fit in the boot, it’s designed for convenience wherever you go.
