AustraliaMy experience didn't start off great when I was given the incorrect information on how to ascertain what size to order for my window struts. Therefore received struts that would not fit. Thankfully after talking to the online team and explaining what had happened I was advised that I would be sent a set of each of the other 2 sizes. A diagram and instructions on how to measure and workout what size struts to order would be helpful. The Struts are great and easy to install. Thank you to the online staff member for her help.
