I could not do without it so had no hesitation in ordering a new one. Fortunately I found the old one on the roof, right next to the awning housing! So now I have a spare. I an 78 years old and have had this van and awning for 13 years, 78,847 kilometres and 515 nights. Really happy with the package. Only other fix has been replacing the wire peg loops on the ends of the front poles before this last trip!
