4 Layered Vinyl

This multi-layered vinyl features a striped colour top layer, UV block-out layer, knitted Polyester mesh layer, white vinyl bottom layer. It provides superior durability and longevity compared to single-layer alternatives.

UV Rating 50+

Total block out protection with a UV rating of 50+ providing protection against the harsh Australian sun. This rating ensures complete UV protection during extended trips, protecting both you and your caravan's interior from damaging UV rays.

Heavy Duty & Waterproof

High durability and waterproof, this premium 4-layer vinyl can withstand all Australian weather conditions. The reinforced construction resists mildew and cracking in extreme temperatures. Available in four striped colourways to suit any aesthetic.

RIPSTOP VINYL

Lightweight Fabric

Our RipStop vinyl is engineered from waterproof woven nylon, available in two solid grey colourways that compliment modern caravans. This option is quality grade suited for harsh Australian conditions.

Total Block Out

This vinyl gives total block out protection from the sun and completely waterproof. Perfect for extended stays in harsh conditions, RipStop vinyl maintains its protective qualities even after repeated use.

Tear Resistant

RipStop uses a reinforcing technique providing extra strength and durability. The specialised non-laminated fabric prevents tearing and flaking, making this vinyl a long-term investment for your caravan.

Custom made for your awning

We manufacture all replacements to the exact measurements of your existing roof. Which ever vinyl style you choose, our production team will cut and sew to your specific measurements. You also have the option to have our team install the vinyl onto your awning, so you don't have to lift a finger.
