1. Promotion Overview

This promotion is a game of chance and is open to eligible customers who make qualifying purchases either via our online store or in-person at any of our retail storefronts & shows during qualifying dates.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on Thursday 12th June 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 31st July 2025 ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to enter:

• Participants must make a single transaction with a minimum spend of $150 AUD (inclusive of any combination of full-price and clearance items). Minimum spend does not include shipping cost.
• The transaction must be fully paid for automatic entry (deposit orders will not count).
• Only purchases made within the Promotion Period are valid.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and reside in Australia.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Wholesale, Trade, Reseller Partners or Businesses that have any relationship with the promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Method

Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the draw upon making a qualifying purchase. Each qualifying transaction equals one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry meets the minimum spend requirement in a separate transaction.

5. Prize Details

• Prize: One (1) x $10,000 inc GST Shopping Spree across any of Aussie Traveller and subsidiary stores (Aussie Traveller, Xtend Outdoors, Affordable Camping Mats, Armour Covers & Wilfords).
• The total value of the $10,000 inc GST shopping spree will be determined using the retail prices of goods and not based on cost price or wholesale rates.
• Shipping fees will be excluded from the prize; however, winner is not required to pay any additional fees for shipping.
• Contact information will be provided to the winner to claim the prize.
• The prize must be redeemed in full within a single transaction and within six (6) months of the draw date. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and deemed unclaimed.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 4th August 2025 at 12:00pm AEST.
• The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office in Victoria at 235 Barry Road, Campbellfield VIC 3061.
• The winner will be notified via phone and email using the details provided during the transaction within 7 days of draw.
• The winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be publicly announced and published on our official social media channels and website within 30 days of the draw as well as local newspaper publications (pending approval for newspapers).

7. Unclaimed Prize & Redraw Conditions

If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified (by Monday 18th August 2025), or if the winner is unable to satisfy the eligibility requirements, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.

• In such circumstances, a redraw will occur at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday 20th August 2025 at the Promoter’s office: 235 Barry Road, Campbellfield VIC 3061.
• The redraw winner will be selected at random from the pool of remaining eligible entries.
• The redraw winner will be notified via phone and email within 7 days of the redraw and may be announced via the Promoter’s social media channels and website.
• The winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be publicly announced and published on our official social media channels and website within 30 days of the draw as well as local newspaper publications (pending approval for newspapers).
• If necessary, this process will be repeated until the prize is successfully claimed.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility if the winner(s) cannot be contacted for any reason, including incorrect or outdated contact details.

8. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• If the prize is unclaimed or unredeemed within 14 days of notification, a redraw may occur.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may result in an entry not being received.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its control make it necessary.
• By entering this draw the winner consents to their names being published. If you do not wish to participate in this promotion, please email marketing@aussietraveller.com.au with your full name and order number to be excluded.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation
