Aussie Traveller has entered into an agreement to acquire Camec from Fleetwood Limited, with completion of the acquisition to occur on 1 September 2026.
Camec is one of Australia and New Zealand's most recognised brands in the caravan products sector, supplying appliances, doors, awnings, cladding, and a wide range of accessories to OEM, trade, and retail customers across those markets.
Aussie Traveller is a long-established Australian supplier of components and accessories to the caravan and outdoor industries. With a national distribution network, trusted brands, and a strong track record of new product development and customer service, Aussie Traveller is well positioned to support Camec’s customers and to invest in the long-term growth and success of the brand.
The acquisition brings together two highly complementary businesses, creating a strong supplier for customers across the industry with a broader product range, deeper inventory holdings, and an expanded national distribution network.

Prior to completion, Camec continues to operate as usual under Fleetwood. From 1 September, Camec will be owned by Aussie Traveller and integrated into its operations, creating a streamlined ordering process for customers across these two strong brands.
