Upgrade kit not satisfactory

Very dissatisfied with the supposed Upgrade kit and the so-called professionalism of staff. The wiring circuit was different. The Receiver and Control boards were different size to original and could not be securely mounted. After numerous calls (three of which were hung up on) a proper circuit was supplied. They never illustrated as to how the Receiver board was to be mounted.
